Despite restaurants, product lines, cookbooks and a ubiquitous Food Network presence, Bobby Flay has found a way to add two new series to his jam-packed schedule.

In addition to joining 'The Next Food Network Star' as a resident judge, 'Grill It! With Bobby Flay' premieres July 6.

AOL TV talked to the New York City-born and -bred chef about the secret ingredients to his success.
