Everyone is sick of hearing about Gossip Girl, even Ugly Betty - VIDEO

Gossip GirlGossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl. Gossip Girl.

That's pretty much been the talk this summer. It's on the CW and doesn't get great ratings, but everyone is talking about the cast romances and the clothing and the ad controversy. It's the "buzz-worthy" show of the moment, and a lot of people are getting sick of it. And that list of people seems to include America Ferrera.

I'm not a body language expert (my degree is actually in psychotherapy) but I just know that the clip after the jump shows the Ugly Betty star about 33 seconds away from walking off the set as Blake Lively goes on and on about Gossip Girl. Which would be fine if Lively and Ferrera weren't there to promote something else, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. E's The Soup caught Ferrera's reaction and showed it to the world.

I like the fact that America Ferrera's *true* personality (an immature diva) is finally coming to the surface for everyone to see!

This is just getting ridiculous, that is not the whole interview, Ferrea had the whole first half of the interview where she did her own promo for UB. Please link to the whole video instead of this stupid bias garbage.

Maybe you are not familiar with the TV show The Soup. They take clips from various TV shows and show them out of context for comedic effect. They are not trying to be fair and balanced, they are trying to make people laugh. Try reading your comment again and see if it doesn't seem like "stupid bias garbage" itself.

It is one thing to answer a question about Gossip Girl in a quick sentence or two. It is quite another to go on and on AND on in perhaps a sentence or two, but they certainly aren't quick.

Oh for heaven's sake--she was directly asked about "Gossip Girl." What was she supposed to say? "Never mind"?

This seems like one of those things that's not that big of a deal but has potential to be blown way out of proportion if people start talking about it. I can't listen to audio at work, but I'm going to assume that Blake was asked about Gossip Girl, or that the subject was brought up in the course of conversation, and not by Blake trying to product place her show at random. In which case, yes, for America F. it might have been awkward and annoying to sit through, and B probably should have steered the conversation back to the movie. But I highly doubt America is actually mad at Blake or anything. And yet I guarantee that's what the rumors are going to turn into.
