Sneak preview of the new season of House - VIDEOS

by Kona Gallagher, posted Aug 19th 2008 12:03PM
HouseI've always been a fan of House, but last season's two-part finale, "House's Head" and "Wilson's Heart," are two of the best episodes that the series has ever done. So after such a stellar ending, I'm completely psyched for this season. I've been dying all summer to find out how 13's diagnosis is affecting her, what the fallout is from Amber's death, and most importantly, are we ever going to see Cameron and Chase again, except in passing?

The fifth season premiere airs on September 16, and we've included a couple of videos after the jump. Click through to find out at least partial answers to two of the questions I posted above.

So there's still no sign of Cameron and Chase, but we do get a little bit of Forman and Cuddy. All in all, things are not well at Princeton-Plainsboro. House is accusing 13 of letting her Huntington diagnosis affect her decisions, while it's obvious that he's still having a hard time dealing with Amber's death. In fact, if I didn't know better, I would say that House seems to feel almost ... guilty, though he would never admit it. Wilson, on the other hand, is making no bones about the fact that he is grieving deeply for our erstwhile Cuthroat Bitch and seems to be making a dramatic decision: he's leaving the hospital.

Where will he go? Will the janitor from last season's premiere be House's new BFF? It looks like we'll have to wait until the show actually premieres to find that out, but take a look at the clips below--and check out House's new haircut. Guilt makes him extra dapper.

Work fine for me. They do take several seconds to begin playing, though. I almost gave up thinking they were broken. Just try again and wait longer.
