'The Cleaner' (10PM, A&E)
Think supermodels are under big pressure to keep their bods in designer sample size shape? William (Benjamin Bratt) finds out tonight about another profession whose practitioners have to keep their bodies in tip top petite form: Horse jockeys.
In fact, Mrs. Jockey, the wife of a successful rider, hires William to help her diminutive hubby, who's become an addict while taking a drug that helps him maintain his weight.
Sure, the missus wants him to be eligible to compete, but not only is she afraid for the state of his health should he continue taking the meds, she's afraid of her spouse; seems the drugs have the side effect of making the jockey a bit psycho.

Carter seems to be channeling Bill Murray and 'Groundhog Day' when he keeps reliving the same day over and over again.
'Food Detectives'
(9PM, Food Network)
Was mom right when she said if you swallowed your gum it would stay in your stomach for seven years? Ted investigates. But you know, if they didn't make Juicy Fruit sooooo juicy, this wouldn't even be an issue.
'Evolve'
(10PM, History)
Following the evolution of skin, from something that holds your innards in place to ... something that's still holding your innards in place, after all these years.
'The Office'
(10:30PM, TBS)
Darryl pressures Michael for a raise, and utters this now classic line in the process: "Make it happen, cap'n."
