This week we have: 24, Bones, Brothers & Sisters, Chuck, Desperate Housewives, Dirty Sexy Money, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill, Private Practice, and Pushing Daisies. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

- The president will be shown video footage of the effects of various experiments, including a bio-engineered experiment, on an African village. [Source: TV Squad]
- Kim will return to the series minus her old beau (played by C. Thomas Howell) but she will have a child. [Source: Ausiello Files]
- Sweets visits Zack regularly. The latter is blaming Gormogon for the bad deeds he (Zack) did. [Source: Korbi TV]
- Unlike Rebecca, Ryan is not an only child. He's got two older brothers and a father -- who despite now knowing that Ryan is not his biological son -- still cares for him deeply. Ryan will turn to Rebecca for advice on whether or not to meet the Walker clan and let them into his life. Word is, Rebecca will become fond of Ryan, but Justin... not so much. The two half-brothers will almost come to blows during their first family dinner. [Source: Korbi TV]
- Sarah's father will pop up later this season. He is a skilled con artist who often used his daughter as a good distraction during a scheme. Sarah's father will team with Chuck and company on a top secret mission. [Source: Korbi TV]
- Gail O'Grady joins the show on a recurring basis. If plans don't change, she'll play a Mrs. Robinson-esque married seductress who sets her sights on one of Lynette's rapidly aged twin terrors. There will be a fatal accident in the season premiere that will have huge repercussions for several characters. [Source: Ausiello Files]
- Lucy Liu's character will be named Nola Lyons. She works for the New York District Attorney and will go head-to-head with Nick in the courtroom when Letitia Darling faces trial. Nola is said to have a hot and heavy affair with Jeremy. [Source: Korbi TV]
- Melinda is about to become a widow, as producers have decided to kill off Jim early in season 4. However, David Conrad remains under contract with the show. [Source: Ausiello Files]
- Rose is lying when she tells Dereck "I wish there were a good way to say this: I'm carrying your child." in the promo for the upcoming season. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Austin Nichols will join the cast in a recurring capacity later this season as an indie movie producer who expresses interest in turning Lucas' first novel into a film. The character also shares a past connection with Peyton. [Source: Ausiello Files]
- In the season premiere, the practice has a little financial turmoil happening. The episode will also give answers as to how the doctors met and came to work together. There will be a lot of crisscrossing of relationships this season. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
- Chuck's father will rise from the dead and be reunited with his daughter. He'll appear in at least three episodes. [Source: Korbi TV]
