Sarah Silverman Program'The Sarah Silverman Program'
(10:30PM, Comedy Central)
It hardly qualifies as feel-good-TV, but tonight's 'Sarah Silverman Program' episode, which kicks off a round of seven new season two installments, does come with a lesson. When Sarah and Brian decide they haven't been spending enough time together, he proposes that he and his pal spend a day smoking weed.

Sarah, a marijuana virgin, starts to get wacky ideas when she smokes the wacky tobacco, which leads her to profess her love to the local diner cook, cook up a conspiracy theory involving a potato chip corporation and kidnap the chip company CEO.

So, the lesson: This is Sarah's brain on drugs. Don't do drugs.

'South Park'
(10PM, Comedy Central)
After eleven-and-a-half seasons, you'd think the guys might run out of things to poke fun at. But this year's presidential and veep contenders have insured that just isn't so.

'The Tony Rock Project'

(8PM, MyNetworkTV) series premiere
Chris Rock didn't get all the funny genes in the family. Younger bro Tony, also a stand-up comedian, employs man on the street interviews and hidden cameras to get the hoi polloi to say things they might wish they hadn't.

'World's Funniest Moments'
(9PM, MyNetworkTV) series premiere
Think 'America's Funniest Home Videos' from the Internet and that's this new video clip series, hosted by a blast from the past, Arsenio Hall.

Project Runway'Project Runway'
(9PM, Bravo)
How can a man named Suede not be among the finalists of a fashion design contest? But alas, he's not, so our money's on Jerell or Korto to win the big TRESemmé prize as part one of the season five finale unfolds.

'Criminal Minds'

(9PM, CBS)
So let us get this right: Luke Perry will play a creepy foster dad on 'Law & Order: SVU' and, tonight, a creepy cult leader on 'Minds,' but he won't make a single appearance on the new '90210'? Your boy needs a daddy, Dylan.

'CSI: NY'
(10PM, CBS)
Rapper Nelly begins a multi-episode guest gig as a club owner who also works as a police informant. A Huggy Bear sort, if you will.

What's on tomorrow: 'Life on Mars,' 'Kath & Kim' premieres and more
