What to Watch Thursday, Nov. 20

it's always sunny in philadelphia'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia'
(10PM, FX) 4th season finale
The Paddy's Pub gang is ending the season on a high note ... actually, a musical note, as Charlie's song 'Night Man' -- that disturbing little ditty he penned in season three's 'Sweet Dee Is Dating a Retarded Person' -- becomes a musical.

Dennis, Dee, Mac and Frank help Charlie stage his rock opera, a production which, without recalling all of the tune's lyrics, seems to be about one -- again, disturbing -- thing, but, Charlie insists, is about something altogether dfferent.

We'd love to elaborate more, but this is a family Website. Suffice it to say, it's Charlie and company at their politically incorrect best.

'Tim Gunn's Guide to Style'
(10PM, Bravo) 2nd season finale
The big Gunn wraps up another season by helping an especially tall woman find her personal style just before she opens a veterinarian business. Also, model Tyson Beckford pops in to provide some fashion advice and some eye candy.

'The Sarah Silverman Program'
(10:30PM, Comedy Central) 2nd season finale
Sarah is overjoyed to find out that her dad isn't dead. And to celebrate, the duo does what any father and daughter would do after such a long, painful separation: they form a cover band.

'30 Rock'
(9:30PM, NBC)
The show's parade of A-list guest stars continues with Steve Martin, who plays an eccentric millionaire who wants to do business with Jack and monkey business with Liz.

'Smallville'
(8PM, The CW)
Lana's back! And Chloe's being silly when she worries that Davis will interrupt her wedding ... it's actually Doomsday who shows up and tries to stop the ceremony by kidnapping Ms. Sullivan.

'The Office'
(9PM, NBC)
It's not always easy to feel sympathy for Michael, but it does seem especially unfair that just as corporate sends his soulmate, Holly, to another branch, his nemesis, HR guy Toby, comes back.

'Ugly Betty'
(8PM, ABC)
Betty may finally have her ticket to move up the corporate ladder, but one little thing stands in her way. Actually, make that one big, equally ambitious, but far sneakier thing: Marc, Betty's rival for a spot in a prestigious training program for young editors.

Also on tonight:
- 'Stonehenge Decoded' (8PM, NGC)
- 'Iconoclasts: Cameron Diaz and Cameron Sinclair' (10PM, Sundance) season finale

What's on tomorrow: 'The Starter Wife,' 'Toughest Race on Earth' and more
