What to Watch Friday, Jan. 30

monk and psych'Monk' and 'Psych'
(9PM & 10PM, USA)
Ya gotta love corporate synergy, at least when it leads to two very funny episodes of 'Monk' and 'Psych.'

In honor of NBC's Super Bowl XLIII broadcast on Sunday, sister network USA unfurls a couple of pigskin-themed installments, beginning with Mr. Monk's plans to enjoy an NFL play-off game being dashed when someone tries to murder a fan in the parking lot.

And in the 'Any Given Friday' ep of 'Psych,' the chance to investigate an NFL training camp murder finds Gus and Shawn at their pop culture reference-slingin' best, including a nod to the classic Mean Joe Greene Coke ad and a cheeky shout out to the 'Psych'-ish CBS hit 'The Mentalist.'

'Friday Night Lights'
(9PM, NBC)
Lyla worries about Riggins when big bro Billy tries to talk him into another scheme to make some quick cash.

'Battlestar Galactica'
(10PM, Sci Fi)
Including tonight's installment, 'The Oath,' there are just eight episodes left until the series finale. Savor them, people.

'Dog Whisperer'
(8PM, NGC)
Not only are they yappy, but Chihuahuas can also be vicious little devils, as Caesar can attest after trying to tame a feisty little Chihuahua named El Diablo.

'20 Best and Worst Celebrity Plastic Surgery Stories'
(8PM, E!)
Spots 1-20 could probably be filled by Joan Rivers, but we trust this two-hour special will also include the likes of Melanie Griffith, Lisa Rinna, Mickey Rourke, Tara Reid, Kenny Rogers and, of course, cat lady Jocelyn Wildenstein.

Also on tonight:
- 'Wife Swap' (8PM, ABC)
- 'The Game' (8:30PM, CW)
- 'Adrenaline Rush Hour' (9PM, Discovery) series premiere

What's on this weekend: 'Super Bowl XLIII,' 'The Office' and more
