Lost & Found - the Lost spin-off of our dreams

Call us crazy, but wouldn't it be rad if Lindelof and Cuse, the bigwigs behind Lost, had a little fun in light of the superspeed at which we're plowing through the final two seasons of the show? Specifically, would it not be absolutely amazing if one of the characters from Lost left the island for greener pastures, and those greener pastures were a sitcom?Picture it: Rose Henderson (L. Scott Caldwell) (disclaimer: my favorite character on the show) has escaped the island with her hubby, Bernard (and, because it's a sitcom, she's completely healthy). The lovebirds have returned to The Bronx, where Bernard (Sam Anderson) has resumed his dental career while Rose has taken a job as a safety specialist at Kennedy Airport (*wink wink*).
Despite the recent tragedy they experienced aboard Oceanic Flight 815 (which, of course, they've been forced to never divulge by a certain bug-eyed evil genius), Rose and Bernard's marital bliss is only occasionally tampered with by their nosy neighbors, Nina and Vernon (Kathy Najimy and Dylan Baker, respectively) and grumpy landlord, Val (Nora Dunn). Cheech Marin, of course, makes the occasional cameo as multimillionaire David Reyes, with whom the couple split a timeshare in Aruba (although the father of Rose and Bernard's crazybird island pal, Hurley, cuts them a nice deal).
Sure, life can get a little crazy from time to time, but for the couple that's seen everything - from cancer to a plane crash to a smoke monster - Rose and Bernard only become more likable on Lost & Found.
Of course, the producers already have another idea in mind.
