by Kim Potts, posted Feb 20th 2009 5:00AM
Monk and Psych'Monk' and 'Psych'
(9PM & 10PM, USA) 7th season finale and 3rd season finale
The crimes they're investigating hit a little too close to home for Monk and the 'Psych' fellas, which makes for a pair of emotional season finales for the USA characters.

On 'Monk,' the OCD snoop tries to track a city official who disappeared while trying to stop the demolition of a city parking garage, which just happens to be the site where Monk's wife was killed by a car bomb.

On 'Psych,' Shawn's mom (Cybill Shepherd) and his love interest Abigail (Rachael Leigh Cook) return, but he and Gus have to focus their attention on helping the police capture the notorious serial killer Yin Yang ... who's made Shawn his next target.

'Friday Night Lights'
(9PM, NBC)
Julie and Matt, sittin' in a tree ... actually, they're in a lake, but their late-night swim turns into something more. Meanwhile, Tyra's love life takes a different turn, as a woman from Cash's past shows up and stirs up some babymama drama.

'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles'
(8PM, Fox)
Sarah and her cohorts decide to investigate the company town tied to the destroyed factory, but Weaver has sent her own dude in for a little look-see.

'Battlestar Galactica'

(10PM, Sci Fi)
NCAA basketball has its Final Four, 'BSG' has its Final Five, and tonight we find out more about those Cylons. Meanwhile, tonight's installment also means there's just one month until the March 20 series finale. Frak.

'Real Time with Bill Maher'
(10PM, HBO) 7th season premiere
A-Rod, Sully, the economy ... there's no lack of material for Mr. Maher to riff on, as he's joined by guests Tina Brown and 'Financial Times' managing editor Chrystia Freeland.

'The Soup Awards'
(10:30PM, E!)
Martha Stewart, David Caruso and that lady who sells those icky Quaker Factor sweaters on QVC are among the special guests who help Joel dole out his spray-painted gold 'Soup' cans in categories like "Best Emotional Meltdown While Competing for Love on a Bus" and Best Jonas Brother.

'Supernanny'
(9PM, ABC)
Jo makes her first trip to the Big Apple, where she faces a pair of tiny terrors who rule the roost with tantrums when they want junk food or toys.
