'Big Love' (Sun., 9PM, HBO) 3rd season finale
For three seasons, Bill Henrickson has struggled to break free from his past, namely dealings with prophet Roman and his plotting, thuggish in-laws, the Greenes.
Bill thinks he's finally found a way, via a legal ally, to rid himself of the whole bunch all at once, though, as always, Roman will be at his wily best when the heat is on.
Meanwhile, as Sarah finally settles on post-high school plans, Nicki has a surprise reunion, Alby struggles to hold on to control of the compound and one character – a major character – becomes the second shocking 'Big Love' death of the season.

'Desperate Housewives'
(Sun., 9PM, ABC)
Speaking of shocking TV character deaths ... well, tonight's offing of a major 'DH' character shouldn't come as much of a surprise since everyone, including the show's creator and stars, have been running their yappers about it.
'Craig Ferguson: A Wee Bit O' Revolution'
(Sun., 10PM, Comedy Central)
The most underrated late-night talk show host performs a stand-up set at the Wilbut Theatre in Boston, where he riffs on everything from rehab and his America-lovin' mom to Scotland and the inexplicable sexual appeal of Sean Connery.
'Flight of the Conchords'
(Sun., 10PM, HBO) 2nd season finale
Even Bret and Jemaine are feeling the pinch of the economy. When the dudes can't pay their rent, they're forced to move in with Mel and Doug.
'Eastbound & Down'
(Sun., 10:30PM, HBO) 1st season finale
When Kenny gets the chance to return to his baseball career with a gig in Tampa Bay, he prepares to bid his hometown adieu again.
'The Locator'
(Sat., 9PM, WE) 2nd season finale
It's a mom-themed episode, as a pair of siblings who were left behind when they were toddlers look for their mama, while five sisters who were adopted by five different families try to reunite with their ailing biological mom.
'Breaking Bad'
(Sun., 10PM, AMC)
In a great example of how the Emmy-winning series deftly mixes humor with its dark subject matter, Walt comes up with an outlandish plot to cover himself and Jesse with the Tuco situation, and it involves Walt, very uncovered, in a grocery store.
'Rock of Love Bus'
(Sun., 9PM, VH1)
Tonight's competition: the four finalists have to pen lyrics for one of Bret's songs and then perform the tunes with him. It goes without saying that there really aren't going to be any winners here, except for those viewers who get to the mute button fast enough.
Also on tonight:
- 'Kings' (8PM, NBC)
- 'Brothers and Sisters' (10PM, ABC)
What's on Monday: 'Gossip Girl' and more.
