Here's the thing about the short interval between broadcast and DVD release for stand-up shows, at least those that play on Comedy Central. CC essentially uses the broadcast as an ad for the DVD. They have "available on" bugs during the show itself and run full-blown "this is what else you'll get if you buy it" ads during the breaks. So naturally, they're going to run it as close to release as possible.

Looks like The IT Crowd, Ricky Gervais and probably Jim Gaffigan are going on my to-buy list this week.

California Dreams!? I remember that show from years ago, still remember the theme song. I may have to pick that up at some point.
