Hanging Out With 'My Boys'
After a night out at Paddy's Pub, I know why PJ, Bobby, Mike and the gang have made it their second home. OK, so I've never actually been to Paddy's -- they only serve Near Beer there, after all -- but we did find the next best thing in L.A., a serious game night with the cast of 'My Boys' (season 3 premieres Tues., March 31 at 10:30 PM ET on TBS).
Keep clicking to get some scoop on the new season and to find out who rules at Connect Four, who calls themselves the Jenga Whisperer and why PJ herself, Jordana Spiro, will be having a 'Wonder Years' moment soon.

My Boys' Game Night

Short and Sweet
Fans of the show have had to be patient for more 'My Boys' -- the last new episode aired in August -- but here's hoping they value quality over quantity: TBS will only be airing nine episodes this year. Luckily, the cast promises that they've packed plenty into their mini-season.

An Instant Connection
I sat down opposite Kellee Stewart (who plays Stephanie) for a friendly game of Connect Four ... but Kellee is quick and, luckily, very charitable. She had a win almost immediately, but kindly pretended not to see it. She's so good though, that there were actually two wins set up for her, and she took me down with very little effort.

Bet On It
Kellee continued her dominance in a much-heated match with Jordana, who made things more interesting with a friendly bet: The loser would have to tell the director of their next episode, Fred Savage of 'Wonder Years' fame, that they were "always jealous of Winnie Cooper growing up." Hopefully someone held Jordana to that bet.

Jenga! Jenga!
When it comes to strategy, Jim Gaffigan (who plays PJ's brother Andy) takes his games seriously. After keeping a high teetering tower intact for his round, he even jokingly referred to himself as the Jenga Whisperer. Personally, I've never felt such pressure to not mess up a game -- luckily, his skills rubbed off on me and the game continued.

Love Is in the Air
Michael Bunin's character Kenny has never really been lucky in love, but Bunin did tell us that there'll be a new lady in his life ... sort of. "I wouldn't say it's a relationship ... Kenny does freak out briefly and it involves a girl. And it is not a girl from the cast!"

Operation Health
Before sitting down at the old-fashioned Operation board, Kyle Howard (who plays Bobby) skipped the fried bar snacks for a macrobiotic dinner he brought with him instead. Asked if he'd gone vegan on us, he admitted, "No, I just like eating healthy." Maybe that's what dating Hollywood starlets (ahem, Lauren Conrad!) does to a guy.

Let the Games Continue!
The cast is not new to getting competitive -- they used to actually play poker (like they do on the show) between takes, but that's recently been replaced with foosball. They've got a table on set, and they just had a major championship smackdown, which Jamie Kaler (who plays Mike) won. The prize? "220 bucks," he admits. "220 fake dollars I mean." Sure ...
