Hot Video: 'Sit Down, Shut Up' Interview with Cheri Oteri & Nick Kroll

by Maggie Furlong, posted Apr 16th 2009 6:00AM
Cheri Oteri, Nick Kroll"Basically you'll notice that there are almost no students [laughs] in 'Sit Down, Shut Up,' a show about a high school. It's all about the teachers." -- Nick Kroll

You know her best from her years on 'Saturday Night Live,' and he was one of TV's 'Cavemen' and can also a regular funny guy on 'Best Week Ever.' Now Cheri Oteri and Nick Kroll are getting animated on Fox's 'Sit Down, Shut Up' (premieres Sunday, April 19, 8:30PM ET).

As extremely dysfunctional high school teachers -- Oteri as Helen Klench, the uptight and totally unresourceful librarian, and Kroll as Andrew LeGustambos, the bisexual drama teacher whose last name translates to "he likes both" -- these two comedians are now playing punchlines to the show's jokes.

AOL TV got the exclusive scoop, straight from the stars -- watch our video interview to find out about the rest of the cast (which includes Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, Kristin Chenoweth and Henry Winkler) and to see which Web site they love to use at Knob Haven High.
