This week on TV: House and Cuddy's post-kiss aftermath, 'Jersey' girls and big finales for 'Lost' and 'Bones.'

HouseMONDAY, MAY 11
'House' (8PM, Fox) 5th season finale
Well ... that happened. Now that House and Cuddy have finally acted on their long-simmering feelings for each other, they can enjoy a happy relationship, right? Au contraire, because this is House we're talking about, and despite last week's gnarly detox, he still has plenty of demons haunting him, including, yes, Amber. Elsewhere, the good, grumpy doc and company are dealing with a patient whose brain is in a war with itself. The left side's battling the right side for control of his personality, which is making his diagnosis and treatment even more challenging.

'The Big Bang Theory' – 2nd season finale (8PM, CBS)
'Gossip Girl' – No Doubt guest stars (8PM, The CW)
'24' – Kim's baaa-ack (9PM, Fox)
'Charm School With Ricki Lake' – 3rd season premiere (9PM, VH1)
'Castle' – 1st season finale (10PM, ABC)This week on TV: House and Cuddy's post-kiss aftermath, 'Jersey' girls and big finales for 'Lost' and 'Bones.'

TUESDAY, MAY 12
'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' (11PM, Bravo)
Real Housewives of New JerseyWe were sad to see 'NYC' ladies wind down another season, but there'll be no lack of crazy reality drama in the Tuesday nights thanks to these Joisey girls. This group of 'Housewives' includes Dina and Caroline Manza, two sisters who are married to two brothers (and yes, you do recognize Dina from a memorable episode of 'Bridezillas'), as well as their sister-in-law Jacqueline, pal Teresa and ... Danielle, an, ahem, outspoken divorcee who seems destined to spark a fight or 20, and who, we're guessing, is going to be this 'Housewives' franchise's version of NeNe.

'American Idol' – The top 3 perform in the 300th episode (8PM, Fox)
'The Biggest Loser: Couples' – 7th season finale (8PM, NBC)
'Fringe' – 1st season finale (9PM, Fox)
'Real Housewives of New York City Reunion' – First of two catty parts (10PM, Bravo)

WEDNESDAY, MAY 13
'Lost' (9PM, ABC) 5th season finale
Here's a gigantic bit of good news: Producer Damon Lindelof says the time travelling comes to an end in tonight's finale. Woo and hoo. LostAnd along with that comes a "game-changing" event that will set up next season – the show's last – very nicely. To get there, though, we're hearing rumors of strife as Locke continues his quest to meet, and kill, Jacob; that we find out why Hurley first boarded flight 815; and that the episode ends with a death that's as shocking and emotional as the loss of Charlie at the end of season three.

'America's Next Top Model' – 12th season finale (8PM, The CW)
'Lie to Me' – 1st season finale (8PM, Fox)
'MythBusters' – Could your car bumper explode? (9PM, Discovery)
'Real World/Road Rules Challenge' – Dunbar may be dunzo tonight (10PM, MTV)

THURSDAY, MAY 14
'Bones' (8PM, Fox) 4th season finale
Last week, Booth was getting a visit from 'Family Guy' baby Stewie Griffith, but tonight, Boneshe's going to decide whether or not he and Brennan are going to make a bambino of their own. The action starts at a nightclub, where Mötley Crüe is performing. Then someone is murdered, and all the Jeffersonian team members are suspects. But what starts off badly ends much better for fans who've long hoped for a Booth/Brennan pairing: Yep, it's the much-rumored bedroom scene, which will find the two pals sleeping together. Well, there won't necessarily be a lot of sleeping going on ...

'Grey's Anatomy' – 5th season finale (9PM, ABC)
'CSI' – 9th season finale (9PM, CBS)
'Hell's Kitchen' – 5th season finale (9PM, Fox)
'The Office' – 5th season finale (9PM, NBC)
'30 Rock' – 3rd season finale (9:30PM, NBC)

FRIDAY, MAY 15
'Prison Break' (8PM, Fox) series finale
Shockers, heartbreak and even some happily ever afters are what producers have promised as the Prison Breakdrama rides off into the sunset. Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) is making one last play at bringing down The Company, which has become even more complicated now that it's turned out his long-lost mama is the group's big baddie. Will Michael have to sacrifice his brother (Dominic Purcell) or his pregnant love Sara to thwart her power-mad ploys? Could be. Remember, producers promised some happily-ever-afters, but also hinted not everyone makes it out of alive, too.

'Ghost Whisperer' – 4th season finale (8PM, CBS)
'Farrah's Story' – Fawcett's battle with cancer (9PM, NBC)
'Numb3rs' – 5th season finale (10PM, CBS)
'Party Down' – Ron caters his own high school reunion (10:30PM, Starz)

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, MAY 16-17
'Desperate Housewives' (Sun., 9PM, ABC) 5th season finale
Another season-ending twist?! Yup, that's the word about this two-hour installment, which is rumored to include a surprise wedding, death and visitor in the episode's final moments. Desperate HousewivesSurprises aside, what we know for sure is that the machinations of creepy Dave finally play out with Susan, Tom decides to go back to school and Orson plots to blackmail Bree. There's also chatter about a pregnancy (you'd think certain Fertile Myrtles would head that off at the pass), and, about that big twist ... it may once again find the Wisteria Lane crew going back to the future.
