Ryan Seacrest gets a million-dollar payday, Paul McCartney books 'David Letterman,' Susan Sarandon and John Goodman join HBO's Dr. Kevorkian biopic and more of today's top TV headlines.Ryan SeacrestRyan Seacrest has signed a new three-year, $45 million deal with CKX. The 'American Idol' host will now earn a whopping $15 million per year, said to be the most ever for a reality TV host. Apparently, 'Idol' really does give back. [Hollywood Reporter]

Paul McCartneyPaul McCartney will stop by the 'Late Show With David Letterman' on Wednesday. This marks the first-ever 'Late Show' appearance for the former Beatles icon, who is expected to perform and sit down for an interview. [Hollywood Reporter]

Susan SarandonSusan Sarandon and John Goodman will assist Al Pacino in HBO's 'You Don't Know Jack,' an upcoming telepic about the life of Dr. Jack Kevorkian. Sarandon will reportedly play activist and supporter Janet Good, who becomes diagnosed with terminal cancer, while Goodman will co-star as Nicol, Dr. Kevorkian's friend and co-worker. Michael Jackson's death has put the future of A&E's Jackson family reality series into question. No additional footage of the series, which follows Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy, has been shot as A&E executives allow the family time to grieve.
