Sometimes the news is just too good to be true. Former television star of The Incredible Hulk and still hulk-y looking guy Lou Ferrigno is rumored to be signing up for Dancing with the Stars. Between this and his cameos in the Hulk movies and I Love You, Man, his star is really starting to shine again. Not bad for a guy pushing 60 years old.

I've actually met Lou Ferrigno on a couple of occasions at various sci-fi and comic conventions, and he's always been a nice guy to everyone getting an autograph. I'm curious how his well-documented hearing problems will affect his dancing. If he does manage to overcome them and do well on the show, I'll be the first guy cheering for him.

Of course, I'd be even more impressed if he lost the contest, turned green with rage, and then went on a rampage beating the crap out of the judges and all the other contestants. There's an episode of DWTS that I would watch.
