WTF is up with the Gossip Girl WTF promos?

The CW has a series of WTF promos for the new season of Gossip Girl, which premieres on September 14. Here's another one below.

Oh, and if you think WTF stands for "What the ***," then you just have a dirty mind.

Pretty clever if you ask me. This seems like a response to the PTC up in arms about last season's promos with "OMFG."

i agree. although those were some amazing promos last year. these are still good but less salacious, more family friendly.
