'Mad Men' has its biggest premiere to date, 'Khloe and Kourtney' post record-setting numbers for E!, Shania Twain joins 'American Idol' and more of today's top TV headlines.
Viewers were mad for 'Mad Men' on Sunday. The show's third season premiere took in a whopping 2.8 million viewers, up 34 percent from last season's 2.1 million tune-in. It also marks 'Mad Men''s highest audience to date. [Variety]
E! fans are still keeping up with the Kardashians. Sunday night's premiere of 'Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami' earned 2.7 million viewers -- the network's biggest audience since 'The Anna Nicole Show' in 2002. 'Kourtney and Khloe' also posted network-best in the women 18-34 demo with 1.05 million. Take that, Kim. [Variety]
'American Idol' is about to go a little bit country. The show has confirmed Grammy winner Shania Twain will guest judge the next round of auditions, to be held Aug. 30 and 31 in Chicago. Twain is the third guest judge this season, following Victoria Beckham and Mary J. Blige. [EW.com]
