Paula Abdul posts generic message on Twitter

"Don't believe everything that you read!"That's the message the ex-American Idol judge Paula Abdul posted on her Twitter page yesterday afternoon. I have no idea what it means. I assume it means that we shouldn't believe the stuff that is written in print and on the web about her, especially all of the stuff that has been written since she left the show (also announced via Twitter).
But what exactly are we not supposed to believe? That she wants to come back to Idol? That she doesn't want to come back? That she's in negotiations with the show to come back? That she hasn't had any contact with the producers about coming back (as her publicist said yesterday)? That she's not going on Ugly Betty? That she is going on Ugly Betty?
Other points that Abdul wants to make:
- Look before you leap!
- Don't take any wooden nickels!
- Objects in mirror may be closer than they appear!
- A rolling stone gathers no moss!
By the way, if I'm not supposed to believe everything I read, how can I trust what she says on Twitter? Oh, that Paula Abdul is a genius!
