This is Spoilers Anonymous, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air. We'll never put spoilers up here on the main page in order to help the reformed stay unspoiled. If you have anything to add to the group, feel free to step up and let yourself be heard, either with our tips form or by emailing us at tvsquad at gmail dot com, or call and leave a message at (775) 640-8479. Your anonymity is guaranteed, if you wish to remain as such.

This week we have spoilers for: Bones, Brothers & Sisters, Chuck, Desperate Housewives, Fringe, Gossip Girl, Greek, Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, House, Lost, One Tree Hill, Scrubs, Smallville, Supernatural and Ugly Betty. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

Bones
  • In a new promo for the season premiere, Booth tells Brennan he loves her. He quickly tries to take the words back, saying it's in a platonic kind of way. Do you think he really meant it? Show creator Hart Hanson plans to bring in a severely bipolar intern. Just imagine the scenes between Brennan and that intern! Angela will break her celibacy vow with a male character we know. [Source: KorbiTV]
  • Show creator Hart Hanson is planning an episode where some of the scenes take place at a chicken farm. The opening scene is supposed to be the discovery of a body that looks half-chicken/half-man! The problem with this idea is that David Boreanaz has a fear of birds; actually, it's a major phobia of his. The actor told TV Guide that he may not show up on the set, adding that he's more afraid of roosters than chickens, but that he doesn't love the latter either. Hanson said they will shoot on the farm with or without David. I wonder what they'll do to account for Booth's absence in the scene? Maybe actually make Booth have the same phobia David has? Another FBI agent could replace him on the case. The series creator also added, "Between Emily, [a passionate animal-rights activist] not wanting to exploit animals and David having a phobia of chickens, it should be an interesting shoot. You gotta have a little fun." [Source: TV Guide Magazine]
Brothers & Sisters
  • Eureka's Joe Morton will recur as Justin's tough but nurturing anatomy professor. He is slated to appear in roughly 7 to 10 episodes. Justin's lab partner will be played by 19-year-old Denzel Whitaker. His role is described as a "Doogie Howswer-like prodigy who will inspire Justin to question his priorities." Whitaker's character, Carter, will be introduced in the third episode of the upcoming season. [Source: The Hollywood Reporter, TV Guide Magazine and KorbiTV]
  • Also joining the series this fall is ER's Amy Aquino. The actress will appear in multiple episodes as a doctor who'll take care of one of the Walkers. The Wire's Peter Gerety will also appear in several episodes. Not much is known about his role other than he'll be a "surprising outsider." [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Chuck
  • As revealed a few weeks ago, Devon will be sucked into the spy world. Chuck will be calling on him to help out from time to time. Believe it or not, Bryce Larkin may be alive! [Source: Watch with Kristin]
Desperate Housewives
  • An interview with Dana Delany revealed that both Susan and Katherine believe that they are the bride. Does this mean that the wedding scene at the end of last year's finale is a dream? Remember that both Delany and Teri Hatcher were spotted on the set this summer wearing wedding dresses ... Maybe both will dream about getting hitched with Mike? Delany also revealed that Katherine will be getting her edge back. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • An important female character will get strangled in the season premiere. The event will lead to the season-long mystery. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Fringe
  • Along with the death we've been hearing about for weeks, the season premiere will also have two characters kiss and another face medical uncertainty. [Source: TVGuide's Mega Buzz]
  • A lot of the answers fans are looking for will be revealed in episodes two to four. As revealed in previous spoilers, something awful will happen to Charlie in the season premiere. However, exec producer J.H. Wyman tells us that Charlie's death will be a "continuing storyline throughout the season." He also adds that nobody ever really disappears on the show, especially since they can pop up in a parallel universe. Supposedly, there are only two universes in Fringe. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Leonard Nimoy will be back for several episodes. The second season will take place primarily "over here" (which is how the show is calling our reality). However "over there" (which is how they call the second dimension) will be featured, as well, and some events happening "over there" will impact what happens here. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Gossip Girl
  • Dan, Serena, Jenny, and Eric will discover early in the season that Scott is their half-brother. Rufus and Lily will finally meet him in episode five. Scott's main story arc will be over once the reunion occurs, but having him recur in the rest of the season is possible. By the way, for those still not believing it, Dan and Georgina will hook up. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Entertainment Weekly learned that Sonic Youth will perform an acoustic version of their 1986 single "Starpower" in the fifth episode. Showrunner Stephanie Savage confirms that the song will play during "a big event that involves engaged adults Rufus and Lily." Sounds to me like "Starpower" will play when the duo is reunited with their lovechild Scott. [Source: Entertainment Weekly's Music Mix]
  • Gina Torres, who appeared on rocking shows like Alias and Firefly, landed the role of Gabriela Abrams, Vanessa's mother. The character, described as a free spirit who lives in Vermont and who has definite opinions about things, especially her daughter, will appear in at least two episodes. However, the role is said to be a potentially recurring one. [Source: TV Guide]
  • Ausiello answered a question in French in his latest Ask Ausiello column. Here is the translation: Lady Gaga will make an appearance in the special Halloween episode. Batman, as well. And Robin. And... You see where I'm going with this? (These are all costumes, my friends!). In the same column, we learn that Hilary Duff's character will be dating an actor named Patrick for two episodes. Both characters are starring in the same movie. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
  • Nate and his new girlfriend Bree, played by Joanna Garcia, will be like Romeo and Juliet as their families are political rivals. [Source: People.com]
Greek
  • Things will get sour between Ashleigh and Rebecca when the latter kisses Fisher. Rusty helps Jordan get into the photography program. Later, she decides to leave for New York. In episode 3.07, Casey will be caught in the Amphora Lair. Not knowing what to do with the intruder, the Amphora members decide to make her a member after having her pass through the Emotional Purge, the drinking of the sacred wine, etc. [Source: TV Squad]
Grey's Anatomy
  • We will see a part of the Chief's personal life we haven't seen yet, and it's supposed to be quite intriguing. Owen and Cristina will grow closer; however, someone from Owen's past, not his ex-fiancée, will come to the hospital and throw a wrench in the relationship. Seems like Owen can't catch a breath. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Most of the Seattle Grace staff, including Izzie, will attend George's funeral. Callie won't be there; however, there's currently no information as to why she won't be able to attend. One thing is certain: Arizona, who lost her brother, will be helping Callie cope with the loss of her ex-husband. Owen, who sadly got used to having colleagues die while serving in the military, will be a rock for some of the other characters, especially Cristina who will be in denial about George's death. [Source: TV Guide Magazine]
  • There will be less scenes about Meredith and Derek's relationship in the first half of the season due to Ellen Pompeo's maternity leave. However, they'll remain Seattle Grace's power couple. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Heroes
  • Actor Ernie Hudson has landed a recurring role on the show as Captain Lubbock, a Baltimore detective who is on the hunt for one of the show's characters. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
House
  • A member of the team gets fired in the first three episodes, but the character is not leaving the show. Upon his return from the asylum, House will move in with Wilson. Cameron and Chase will get their old jobs back, while Foreman will be filling in for an ailing House. Expect Cameron and Chase to have a few fights in the coming episodes. Their first one will take place in the fourth episode. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Lost
  • The last season premiere will be titled "LA X." A lot of fans have speculated that not only the space in the title is important, but that the title could be read two ways -- "LAX" as in the Los Angeles Airport or "Los Angeles 2010." Could this mean that the Losties will finally land where they were supposed to in 2010? Share your theories about the title in comments below. [Source: DocArzt's Lost Blog]
  • Deadwood's John Hawkes will play a recurring character named Lennon. The character is described as "the scruffy, edgy and charismatic spokesperson and translator for the president of a foreign corporation who is far more powerful than it seems from his position." Do you think he works for one of the companies we've seen on the show or the official Lost websites? Share your theories in comments! [Source: The Hollywood Reporter]
  • The church Eko built on the Island will make an appearance in the upcoming season. [Source: Lost Spoilers]
One Tree Hill
  • In the season premiere, Haley gets stoned after eating some enhanced brownies and reconnects with her sister. Nathan chats with his very single agent about his contract. The team Nathan wants to play for isn't offering enough money ... per his agent. Brooke's first meeting with a new model doesn't turn the way she wants when the model, Alex, tells Brooke she's old and needs to go on a diet! [Source: TVSquad]
Scrubs
  • In past Spoilers Anonymous, we've told you that the show was looking to add a few series regular, mostly med student. As we informed you earlier this week, one of these characters will be played by Spider-Man's James Franco's younger brother, Dave Franco. Here is a re-post from our August 8th Anonymous edition that describes the role Dave will play: 22-year-old Cole will irritate Dr. Cox the most. At first glance, Cole seems charming, but when you get to know him, he is an ass coming from a wealthy family who donated a wing to the med school. He already has a residency slot waiting for him at Sacred Heart when he graduates. [Source: KorbiTV and TVSquad]
Smallville
Supernatural
  • In a press release, The CW confirmed information pertaining to Paris Hilton's appearance on the show. She'll appear in the fifth episode of the season, "American Idol," set to air on October 8. Series creator Eric Kripke confirmed some of the spoilers that were leaked on the web: Hilton will play a demonic creature that takes the form of Paris Hilton. [Source: The CW]
  • The fourth episode will offer a glimpse at what Sam would be like if he was totally evil. The series is looking for a young actor to play recurring character Jesse. The character, who'll be introduced in the sixth episode, is said to be an "all-American boy age 11 who is wise beyond his years." Jesse has unusual powers and still believes in the Tooth Fairy. In other Supernatural news, show creator Eric Kripke said that he'll never explain on the show how Ruby's knife got its powers. He also confirmed that the Colt pistol will be making a comeback in episode ten. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
Ugly Betty
  • The series is looking for a new recurring character named Bobby. This sexy and masculine man is said to be in his 30s and from Queens. Even if he's a good guy at heart, he can be dangerous and violent. Ausiello says that this role could be linked to the potential storyline writers were thinking of for Hilda and the mob. The role of Nico, Wilhelmina's daughter, has been recast. America's Next Top Model cycle three runner-up Yaya Dacosta will now take over the recurring role. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
  • 3rd Rock from the Sun's Kristen Johnston was cast in the role that was set to go to Paula Abdul. The role, which is now a recurring one, is that of Helen, Mode's newest office temp and Amanda's nemesis. The character will be introduced in the second hour of the season premiere. [Source: The Ausiello Files]
  • Earlier this month, TVSquadder Bob posted a picture of one of Betty's potential new looks. Back then, the show was testing looks to see what would work best. What's certain now is that Betty will still wear glasses but they'll be more conservative. Her braces will come off around midseason. [Source: Watch with Kristin]

I interpreted LA X as an alternate LA, where Flight 815 lands safely in 2004.

And Walt is much much older.

you know that the plane was turing around toward Fiji and would have never made it to LA in the first place, right?

I think Kador should be Kandor. As in The Lost City of Kandor.

From an Algebra viewpoint:
LA is the constant and the variable is X. Faraday made a big thing about how the Losties are the variables. hmm......

Re: Chuck, and Bryce possibly being alive... let's just say I am thoroughly unsurprised. It just seemed way too convenient for a cadre of thugs to take the time to carry Bryce's "body" out of the new Intersect room.

In this show, NO ONE says dead/gone permanently, it seems. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised to see Harry Tang make another appearance somehow.

That was pretty much our response to Bryce getting shot too - "Well, he's been dead before, and that didn't stop him".

LA X wouldn't mean Los Angeles 2010 ... it would mean LA ten (like 10 people from LA)
