Maybe out of touch with reality flake would be a better term than an idiot. Madonna has definitly been a very smart business woman as far as her career is concerned. She has very little actual talent, but packages and markets herself very well, otherwise she would have faded into obscurity long ago.
I also agree with No1Dad that her face looks good, but that her body looks awful . It's said that she works out like a fiend, but if it is possible to be muscular and emaciated at the same time, that's what she looks like to me. She may be very fit and sinewy,but she is also boney and shapeless. To me she looked better in her "Boy Toy" phase, when she had a little meat on her and was curvy.
