Well, this season looks to be no different: Word has leaked out that Tina Fey's latest adversary will be none other than Nate Corddry, former 'Daily Show' correspondent and star of 'Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip.'

According to Entertainment Weekly, Corddry, who is currently appearing as creepy restaurant owner Gene Stuart on 'The United States of Tara,' will guest star as the upstairs neighbor to Fey's Liz Lemon. When she plots to grab his apartment by any means necessary, conflict -- and no doubt uncomfortable hilarity -- ensues.

Of course, this isn't the first celebrity who has ended up in Liz's apartment complex; 'Mad Men' star Jon Hamm previously appeared as another neighbor, albeit one with more romantic ideas in mind. For Corddry, though, this role is a bit of a coup: after previously starring in the canceled Aaron Sorkin dramedy 'Studio 60,' Corddry now will have appeared on both shows inspired by 'Saturday Night Live.'

So who knows -- maybe now that he has Tina Fey in his corner he can finally land himself on the real deal. Are you listening, Lorne Michaels?
