by Isabelle Carreau, posted Oct 16th 2009 9:00AM

This is Spoilers Anonymous, a weekly column here at TV Squad where we supply you with the dirt on some of the more popular shows on the air. We'll never put spoilers up here on the main page in order to help the reformed stay unspoiled. If you have anything to add to the group, feel free to step up and let yourself be heard, either with our tips form or by emailing us at tvsquad at gmail dot com, or call and leave a message at (775) 640-8479. Your anonymity is guaranteed, if you wish to remain as such.

This week we have spoilers for: 90210, Bones, Desperate Housewives, Eastwick, Gossip Girl, Grey's Anatomy, How I Met Your Mother, Lost, Melrose Place, NCIS, Scrubs, Supernatural and Ugly Betty. (SPOILERS FOLLOW!)

  • The show is planning an episode set to air in January during which the team will exhume the corpse of a president. The show hired J.F. Kennedy's assassination conspiracy expert Bob Harris to write the script. After the exhumation, the bones will disappear. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]

Desperate Housewives
  • Julie was involved with an older man who may or may not have known about her pregnancy scare. TV Guide doesn't mention it, but it looks to me that this could be a different man than the character that was played by Steven Webber last year. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
  • The show is looking for an actor to play a lawyer who represents someone in a discrimination case, as well as someone to play a corporate attorney who tells an employee to clear out their belongings due to a breach of contract for episode 6.09. Could it be that Carlos will try to fire Lynette when he discovers she is pregnant? [Source: Spoiler TV]

  • Episode 11 will introduce two characters who'll appear in a few episodes. The first character is sexy and single dad Colin, who'll protect Kat in her time of need. The other character is Colin's son, Gene. The latter is described as a creepy 10- to 12-year-old boy who can be frightening in a Damian from The Omen kind of way. [Source: Spoiler TV]

Gossip Girl
  • The show is adding two new recurring characters. The first one is a beautiful woman in her late 30s-early 40s named Sara Fischer with a secret agenda. The other one is an attractive woman in her mid-to-late 30s named Holland. The latter is described as a powerful business executive before she became a trophy wife. [Source: Spoiler TV]
  • Serena and Nate will be getting closer in the coming episodes. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Jenny will be such a mean Queen Bee that it will negatively affect her BFF relationship with Eric. [Source: The Ausiello Files]

Grey's Anatomy

  • Due to the fact that Ellen Pompeo pre-shot scenes, as well as her return from maternity leave earlier than expected, Meredith will appear in all episodes. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • This week's crossover with Private Practice is not the only one planned this season. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]

How I Met Your Mother

  • Chris Elliott cast as Lily's pop on How I Met Your Mother
  • Marion Ross was cast to play Lily's grandmother. She'll appear in the Thanksgiving episode in which Chris Elliott also appears. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
  • In "The Last Cigarette Ever," Marshall starts smoking again, which influences ex-smokers Lily, Barney and Ted to smoke as well. In the same episode, Robin gets a new co-anchor. The latter is in his 30s and named Don Frank. He is described as a fairly famous reporter who took a stance against his cable news show so now the only job he can get is as a co-anchor on the super early show Robin is hosting. • Episode 6.04 spoilers: Sun insists they bury someone properly. Frank makes a comment about the "weirdest funeral ever." Ben makes a touching speech. Sawyer is drunk when he reunites with a familiar face. Someone reveals that they know a lot more about the island than Ben. An old friend crosses paths with someone unexpected off island. The show is currently casting for episode 6.06. The episode will feature two Middle Eastern kids raised in America and both without accents. [Source: Lost Spoilers]
  • Episode 6.06 will also introduce Habib, a Middle Eastern father who tries unsuccessfully to intimidate an opponent. [Source: Keck's Exclusives]
Melrose Place
  • The show is currently looking for a new recurring character who could become a series regular. The role is that of Gavin, a male in his late 20s. He is described as an all-American, good looking and smart. He is a resident at ULA Hospital with Lauren. [Source: Spoiler TV]
  • A character will soon die. Don't worry; it's not a lead character. [Source: Watch with Kristin and The Ausiello Files]

  • Abby will have a special arc this season, and Gibbs will play a major role in it. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
  • This season will have Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas episodes. [Source: The Ausiello Files]

  • Sarah Chalke gave a few spoilers about the upcoming season: the producer decided to write Chalke's real-life pregnancy in, so Elliot and J.D. will be expecting, and Zach Braff will appear in the first six episodes. [Source: TV Guide Online]

  • Two fan favorites will die, and in the same episode, the brothers fight Lucifer. [Source: Watch with Kristin]
  • Last week, we told you that the brothers would find themselves in a Grey's Anatomy-esque setting, as well as in a sitcom in upcoming episodes. Turns out, both will happen in the same episode set to air on November 5. The episode is titled "Changing Channels." In the episode, Sam and Dean will find themselves in familiar TV settings such as a medical show à la Grey's, a CSI-type of show, a Japanese Game show, and a sitcom. Ugly Betty
  • During the episode set in the Bahamas, Marc will flirt with a character to be played by Matt Newton. [Source: TV Guide's Mega Buzz]
  • Justin is a freshman in high school this year, and he's not what the other kids are. The kids are superficial and don't look at him for who he is. Marc will help Justin deal with the fact that he is unique. [Source: TV Guide Online]
