For Blair, put on something printed and prissy, with tights, sparkly flats and long brown hair. You can make the look more "high school Blair" simply by adding a headband. Target has Anna Sui's 'GG'-inspired line in stores now. Also, if friends have already claimed these costumes, say you're going as the kids from 'NYC Prep.' Same thing.

Optional Accessories: The men of 'Gossip Girl' make the best accessories. Arrive on the arm of your own personal Nate, Dan or Chuck Bass if you dare -- they just need to pretend they're rich playing poor, poor playing rich and richer than Richie Rich, respectively.
