Mia Michaels Cancer Rumors -- Why the Shaved Head?

The internet is abuzz about the current state of Mia Michaels, who recently left the Fox reality competition series 'So You Think You Can Dance.'

Last night, Michaels was seen sporting a shorter hairdo, sparking rumors that her exit may have been health-related. Even more confusing were some of the cryptic comments she made during the show. "Recently, I haven't had a lot of things go my way, and it's really cool to know that it is going my way today, because you know what? You're going to be in our top 20," she said, according to Reality Blurred.

Michaels officially announced her exit from 'SYTYCD' earlier this month, with farewell messages to her fans on Facebook and Twitter.

"I AM OFFICIALLY AN ADORING FAN OF SYTYCD....THANK U FOR 5 WONDERFUL YRS," she tweeted on Oct. 14.

"TODAY WAS MY OFFICIAL RESIGNATION OF THE U.S SHOW AND LOOK FORWARD TO WHATS AHEAD FOR ME," she said on Facebook.

Michaels has yet to address any of the cancer rumors, nor has she elaborated on the comments she made during last night's episode. So for now, we'll assume that this trending story (currently number 38 on Google trends) is full of more hot air than Balloon Boy.
