The 14th edition of ABC's 'The Bachelor' will officially take off on Mon., Jan. 4th, Entertainment Weekly reports. This time around, Jake Pavelka, a failed suitor to Jillian Harris' 'Bachelorette' from earlier this year, will search for his perfect love among 25 hopeful beauties.
The show, whose 'Wings of Love' title serves as a cheesy -- ok, very cheesy -- reference to Pavelka's status as a commercial pilot, is slotted for a two-hour premiere. In addition, this cycle will be the first in the series to be broadcast in high-definition.

Now, viewers will be able to see every cat fight in extreme detail -- not to mention Jake's extremely good looks.
Meanwhile, we still have our doubts as to whether or not Pavelka was the right decision.
