New evidence uncovered during the course of the episode brings to light a country-wide ring of criminals dealing in human smuggling and black market organs as part of a case that Langston first started investigating earlier in the week on a crossover episode of 'CSI: Miami.'

The 'CSI' crossover concludes tonight with the 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' episode entitled 'The Lost Girls.'
