Padma Lakshmi Guests as Herself on '30 Rock' (VIDEO)

On last night's '30 Rock,' Liz, urged on by Jenna and Tracy, decides to shop around for the best deal possible for a talk show based on 'Dealbreakers' and Padma Lakshmi guest stars as a potential host.

Jack is understandably miffed when Liz threatens to take the show elsewhere rather than have him develop it, so he considers replacing her as host with 'Top Chef's' Lakshmi.

Like the character of Liz's boyfriend played by Jon Hamm last season, Lakshmi, who plays herself, is someone who doesn't have to try very hard to be funny or have great ideas because her good looks help her get by.

We dare you not to laugh after seeing Jack's reaction to Lakshmi's insistence she's invented a sandwich storage system that's NOT just a regular old sandwich bag.
