What to Watch: November 23 - 29

Glee (Thursday November 26, 8 pm, Global/Fox)
Eve (rapper, designer and Gwen Stefani's best bud) guest stars as the coach of another Glee Club - one that has actual practices, with rehearsing of dance steps and singing of the same song more than once - and guess what? They are awesome. See Will, if you had an actual plan...but no. It's no use. What would a mash-up of 'You're So Vain' and 'Glory Days' sound like? Also, Kurt gives Rachel a makeover.

Also This Week:
How I Met Your Mother - Monday November 23, 8 pm, Citytv/CBS
The slap bet returns as Marshall bequeaths a 'slap bet' slap to Ted and Robin. Meanwhile, Lily's estranged father (guest star Chris Elliott) visits for Thanksgiving.
Modern Family - Wednesday November 25, Citytv/ABC
Shelley Long is beautifully cast as Jay's ex-wife and the extremely neutrotic mother of his extremely neurotic children. I'm loving this new sitcom from ABC - it's my favoruite comedy since 'Arrested Development'. In fact it sorts of reminds me of 'AD' - anyone else feeling that?
The Simpsons - Sunday November 29, 8pm, Global/Fox
Neve Campbell serves as the guest voice this week as Lisa joins a coven of witches. What an amazing episode this would have been in 1996 when 'The Craft' was relevant. Was 'The Craft' ever really relevant, though? And who would have thought back then that Robin Tunney would be the one with regular work? Poor Neve.
