Dear Laurence Fishburne,You've got an amazing acting career behind you -- why must it always go back to Cowboy Curtis on 'Pee-wee's Playhouse'?
Aren't we beyond that by now?
Apparently not. On last night's 'Lopez Tonight,' Fishburne spoke about his cowboy past and of the 'Pee-wee's Playhouse' reunion show in L.A., but something fishy is going on.

Apparently not. On last night's 'Lopez Tonight,' Fishburne spoke about his cowboy past and of the 'Pee-wee's Playhouse' reunion show in L.A., but something fishy is going on.
Fishburne claimed Pee-wee decided not to have him on the reunion show because he knew of Fishburne's commitment to 'CSI.' Then Fishburne said he told Pee-wee, "that's fine -- go with God." In the next breath, however, he said that if Pee-wee got the money together to do another Pee-wee movie, he would absolutely be on board.
Laurence, sounds like Pee-wee offered the wee bucks for you to begin with. Why not call it what it is?
