Meghan and Cheyne, The Amazing Race 15
The final leg of the 'The Amazing Race' season 15 took the three remaining teams back to the United States to compete in Sin City: Las Vegas. In the end, it came as no surprise that dating couple Meghan and Cheyne ran away with the $1 million prize. Their first-place finish was not only their fourth in a row; it was also their seventh total out of 12 legs.

Unlike bickering brothers Sam and Dan and married couple Brian and Ericka, the latter whom got frustrated easily, Meghan and Cheyne stayed fairly calm and collected throughout the race, which came in handy during tonight's challenges.

The final leg of the 'The Amazing Race' season 15 took the three remaining teams back to the United States to compete in Las Vegas.

Sam and Dan, The Amazing Race 15After all three teams arrived in Las Vegas on the same flight, their first challenge was to rappel face-first down the side of the Mandalay Bay hotel. None of the teams really struggled with this challenge. In fact, they finished in the same order in which they arrived: Brian and Ericka in first, followed by Meghan and Cheyne and Sam and Dan.

The second challenge had the teams infiltrating the set of Cirque du Soleil's Beatles-inspired show 'Love.' There, one team member had to shoot their partner via a bungee cord into the air to collect a bouquet of flowers. Meghan and Cheyne and Sam and Dan arrived after Brian and Ericka, but both teams finished before the married couple.

At this point, Ericka was frustrated to the point of rage, and made the bad decision to put Brian in the harness rather than herself. As expected, she wasn't strong enough to propel him high enough. After several misfires, they finally got it right and managed to catch up at the Monte Carlo for the final challenge.

Inside the Monte Carlo, the teams were asked to count $1 million in poker chips. Meghan and Cheyne quickly established a system, with Meghan finding the chips and Cheyne counting and stacking them. Meanwhile, Sam and Dan began to argue over who should be doing what right away.

Brian and Ericka, The Amazing Race 15Meghan and Cheyne got their count right the first time, sending them off to find Wayne Newton at the MGM Grand; he advised them that the finish line was at his house. Sam and Dan missed their first count, and never caught up to Meghan and Cheyne, who breezed their way to victory. Instead, the brothers had to settle for second place. It was never revealed if Brian and Ericka ever got their poker chip count right, or if they got to meet Wayne Newton, but they still secured their third-place finish.

At the finish line, Cheyne reiterated what an amazing and strong competitor his partner was throughout the race. Sam and Dan admitted to excessive arguing, but said that at the end of the day it didn't matter. They wanted to get their story out there, and no matter what, they were still brothers and they still loved one another.

For Brian and Ericka, there was a much more emotional reason to do the race. Ericka's family, particularly her mother, had never fully accepted Brian as part of their family because of their difference in race (he's white and she's black). It is Ericka's hope that her mother and family will see the love that they share together, in addition to the strength that Brian brings to their relationship, and come to accept him.
