Get ready for a brand new Chuck Bartowski

by Bob Sassone, posted Dec 7th 2009 3:15PM
Fans of Chuck know that something happened to him in the season finale that is going to take the show into a whole new area: Chuck Bartowski now has the skills of a spy and not just the info stuck in his head. In this cool preview of the new season (which Vik Sahay talked about a bit in last week's podcast), we get a quick recap of what happened last season and a taste of what's to come when the show comes back on January 10.

Worth a few shows to see if it has it. Guest stars are neat touch. To be determined whether the mix of humor & skills can carry the load. Seems a bit adrift in some way. Prob all the unresolved cemistry....

1. "chuck me" - still best line from all the finales last spring
2. i initially had a hard time seeing Matt Bomer as Neil (had him stuck in my head as Larkin), but watching this preview/catchup, had a weird deja vu, thought it felt weird seeing Bomer as Larkin

Sorta sad to see the old Chuck go away, but on with the new. It will be intertesting to see how the program develops. Quite a risk in ways, but maybe the show will garner even more fans.
