Michelle Monaghan, Chris O'Donnell to Announce SAG Nominations

Michelle Monaghan -- now filming 'Due Date' with Hollywood's new Sherlock Holmes, Robert Downey, Jr. -- and Chris O'Donnell of 'NCIS: Los Angeles' will announce the nominations for the 16th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Thu., Dec. 17, 9AM EST.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Monaghan and O'Donnell will be accompanied by actor Ken Howard, who is the president of SAG, when the nominations are read at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.

The SAG Awards, which has grown in importance in recent years as a formidable competitor to the Golden Globes, will be handed out on Sat., Jan. 23, 8PM in Los Angeles, at the Shrine Exposition Center.

The report also noted that the nominations for film and TV stunt ensembles will be read just prior to the appearance of Monaghan and O'Donnell, at 5:50AM EST. JoBeth Williams and Daryl Anderson, chair and vice chair of the committee that oversees those particular nominations, will announce them. TNT.tv and TBS.com will also live-stream that ceremony.
