Sims had her biggest career hit with NBC's 'Las Vegas' from 2003-08, co-starring with Josh Duhamel, James Caan and Tom Selleck. The series ran for 106 episodes.

"It was great, it was a great time," Sims said of her time on the show, which also had cameos from Alec Baldwin, Paris Hilton and Sylvester Stallone.

Sims didn't offer more details about her new project. When asked if it would be another hour-long drama, she smiled and said coyly, "We will see"

The former supermodel next appears in the indie drama 'Hickory Nation' and has a jewelry line out called Grayce for HSN.

"My mom has been passionate about jewelry for 30 years and now it's become my passion," Sims said . "I think [it is] my own style that I bring to it where I just mix everything: vintage and bohemian, ethnic and classic, all mixed together. It's not always just about the piece, it's also about how you wear it, and that's what I show women. Don't be afraid of color, don't forget to layer. That's what I enjoy."
