Alexis Glick Leaving Fox Business

Alexis Glick is no longer in business with Fox Business Network.

On today's 'Opening Bell,' the 37-year-old anchor and vice president of news abruptly announced that she will be leaving the network to pursue other opportunities. What those opportunities will be remain to be seen.

"I'm about to embark on a new venture ... I can't give any details yet," she said, according to the LA Times.Alexis Glick is no longer in business with Fox Business Network.

Glick's exit is effective immediately, as today was apparently her last day, a report that a network spokesperson has since confirmed. Filling in for Glick will be various talent from the network, says Media Decoder.

In addition to 'Opening Bell,' Glick hosted the network's 'Money for Breakfast,' which was later sidelined by Don Imus' 'Imus in the Morning.' She joined the network in 2006.
