'How I Met Your Mother' (8PM, CBS) So much to love about this fan-friendly installment, the series' 100th episode. First, Ted starts dating Cindy, a student at his school, who's played by guest star Rachel Bilson, while rumor has it that the titular mother will pop up somewhere in the episode. Meanwhile, Barney's got suit problems; 'Project Runway' style guru Tim Gunn guest stars as his tailor, but the new object of Barney's affection (guest star Stacy Keibler) doesn't like his fancy frocks. Will he choose the girl over his beloved duds? A hint comes in the show's best moments, an episode-ending musical number by Barney and his pals, called 'Nothing Suits Me Like a Suit.'

'American Masters: Sam Cooke' – Interviews and performance footage are the highlights of this profile of the 'You Send Me' legend (9PM, PBS) season 23 premiere
'Unwrapped' – As we learned in the 'Seinfeld' 'Chicken Roaster' episode, it's "not fast food," but "good food quickly," which, in this good food quickly-themed ep, includes NYC's Bamn! Automat (9PM, Food Network)
'The Big Bang Theory' – 'The Wonder Years' Winnie Cooper, a.k.a. Danica McKellar guests as the object of Raj's crush. Clever casting since McKellar is a real-life math nerd (and we mean that in a good way) (9:30PM, CBS)
'Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations' – Like Van Halen, Mr. Bourdain goes looking for tasty delights in Panama. Okay, not so much like Van Halen. But he is going to Panama (10PM, Travel) season 6 premiere
'Castle' – When Castle helps with the investigation of a murdered bridesmaid, he sees a familiar face: the bride (guest star Alyssa Milano), who's also his ex-girlfriend (10PM, ABC)
'Fantasia for Real' – All those scandals surrounding the 'American Idol' season three winner? Some of them were true, and she discusses that, and how she's trying to bounce back from them, in this reality series (10PM, VH1) series premiere
'Men of a Certain Age' – Joe's first date in 20 years may not be considered a success from a romantic point of view, but it makes for a great story, which he tells in great detail, to Terry and Owen (10PM, TNT)
'Let's Talk About Pep' – Pepa, of Salt-n fame, goes lookin' for love in all the reality TV show places (10:30PM, VH1) series premiere
