'High School Reunion' (10PM, TV Land) season 3 premiere
We've said it before and we insist it's still true: nothing insures good guilty pleasure reality TV viewing like a villain, and this season of 'High School Reunion' has plenty of 'em. Reuniting the class of 1989 from Chaparral High School in Las Vegas, season three's baddies include John the Troublemaker (his classmates' nickname for him, not ours, though we heartily agree), a guy who says whatever's on his mind, no matter how offensive it or he may be. And then there are 'The Summer Girls,' the clique of catty chicks who made high school miserable for plenty of their female classmates, and who seem intent on continuing their wicked ways 20 years later ...'High School Reunion' (10PM, TV Land) season 3 premiere

'American Idol' – Get used to it: 'AI' will rule all our lives, and more importantly, our primetime viewing schedules, for the next five months (8PM, Fox)

'Modern Family' – Jay and Gloria argue over a hideous, life-sized dog butler statue in their house ... guess which one of them doesn't like it? (Hint: It's not a trick question) (9PM, ABC)

'Leverage' – Timothy Hutton and his band of Robin Hood-y thieves are back with new episodes. First up: Guest star Jeri Ryan helps them bust people who are committing fashion crimes, and we're not talking Ed Hardy clothes and trucker hats (10PM, TNT)

'Nip/Tuck' – There are some very funny moments in tonight's ep as Christian embraces his inner junk food junkie, but he may want to hop back on that treadmill tout de suite considering what's happening with his wife and ... nah, not spoiling that one for you (10PM, FX)

'Spectacle: Elvis Costello With ...' – Lyle Lovett and the delightfully raspy-voiced Ray LaMontagne chat and croon with Elvis (10PM, Sundance)
