On 'The View,' Joan Rivers discussed her detention at a Costa Rican airport this past Sunday when officials disputed the authenticity of her passport. Police were called and Rivers missed a flight to Los Angeles, forcing her to spend the night in Costa Rica and fly out the next day. Rivers also said officials didn't even attempt to get her accommodations when she missed her flight home. Instead, they provided her with petty cash and sent her on her way. "They didn't put me up in a hotel," Rivers complained. "They gave me $60. Oh wow, where am I going to stay first?"
