'White Collar' (10PM, USA) midseason premiere
Nothing like the threat of imprisonment to provide an extra bit of incentive, as Neal (Matthew Bomer) finds out when he and Peter go undercover to take down a ring of shady Wall Street brokers. The duo is facing off against some Madoff-y type dudes, which means even Neal is being challenged by this level of deception. TCM Guest Programmer: Bob Newhart – Funny guy and TV legend Newhart is today's guest programmer, and his movie picks include 'Inherit the Wind,' the Laurel and Hardy gem 'Block-Heads' and 'Sunset Boulevard' (8PM, TCM)

'Scrubs' – When someone in his class cheats on a test, Dr. Cox punishes the whole class. Seems fair, because it's not like you can use crib notes during surgery (9PM, ABC)

'Bad Girls Club' – One bad girl comes back to the house, while another may be leaving when Flo and Amber throw down over Flo's plan to get some same-sex lovin' (10PM, Oxygen)

'Millionaire Matchmaker' – Looks like Patti has matchmade herself ... (10PM, Bravo) season 3 premiere

'Teen Mom' – Both Amber and Farrah itch to be independent and live on their own, but they also both lack a realistic plan for making that happen (10PM, MTV)
