I'd bet cash money it was Freeman. He was on the show a few weeks ago. Why not do it? He's done crazy stuff for Ferguson before...

The only reason I presume it wasn't actually Freeman in Robot Chicken is that he isn't credited, and they're usually quite good about that. But you're right, it sounds EXACTLY like him.

Probably Josh Robert Thompson - who also imitates Schwarzenegger on the show.

I didn't think it sounded remotely real... the guy they got to do the Morgan Freeman voiceover on Robot Chicken for the Batman/Shawshank skit, now that was a quality MF impersonation... this? Lackluster.
