According to the Hollywood Reporter, the network has picked up the New York-based series, which will begin airing Sundays at 8PM on Mar. 28.

The show will feature the famed TV cook before a live studio audience, where he will chat with celebrities, interact with an in-house band and film various field pieces in New York.

This will also be the network's first original, non-scripted series, according to the report.

'The Emeril Lagasse Show' will add on to an already-full resume for Lagasse, who can also be seen on shows like 'Good Morning America' and Planet Green's 'Emeril Green.'

Look for Emeril to kick things off with a bam.
