Bonnie Hunt questioned Jake Pavelka's motives for becoming the newest single hunk looking for love on 'The Bachelor,' and wondered whether the show's female contestants are chosen for compatibility, or their ability to make good TV.

"You obviously have some interest in show business. Would that be some of the seduction into this?" Hunt asked. "Really, was it about meeting someone?"

"I didn't go there to make a show," Pavelka said. "I had no idea all of this would happen."

Hunt also grilled Pavelka over the selection of women who vie for his affections. "It doesn't seem like they're really aligning girls specifically for you," Hunt said. "Maybe one or two ... but the rest are more for the show."
