Chris Matthews: still on MSNBC, still won't shut up
Don't think what he said was odd? Imagine if someone on FOX News had said it.
this kid must be a real JERK OFF to make that comment but what do expect he is and always was an asshole

He should have been listening to the President's speech and commented on his State of the Union address, not his race. The President's race had nothing to do with his great speech. I would have had much more respect for Chris Matthews if he had commented on the speech, either positively or negatively. Instead he just confirmed my opinion of him-- he loves to listen to himself, never let's his guests actually answer his questions and now I will also consider him a racist.

People on Fox News do say it. They just say it in a much more bigoted, mean spirited,& divisive manner
Well apparently it can only be labelled "racism" if a Republican says it. Anyone else would be fired and vilified asap. Gotta love the double standards in the MSM.

Also there seems to be a foggy haze of misunderstood racism that just can't keep from piling up old white men on the freeway of the media.
Just like Leno can't see how his harsh attitude, his obvious backroom deals and his victim-hood are tinting his "nice guy" persona that he keeps reminding everybody of, similarly you can almost hear Chris Matthews sputter his list of black friends off as if that erases all stupid ignorant statements he has made.
The real secret here is that just like cockroaches when you see one that only means there are at least a hundred hiding. When one stupid statement is uttered how many more have been casually bounced around off camera that one forgets himself when he is on camera?
The guy don't know when to shut up. The man is in love with his own voice.
