For some people, all it takes to go to sleep is some warm milk and maybe a little Lunesta. But for Sheldon Cooper on 'The Big Bang Theory' (Mon., 9:30PM ET on CBS), the path to dreamland requires an in-depth analysis involving neuro receptors, REM sleep, serotonin, norepinephrine, and impaired cognitive function. And that's why we love Sheldon so much. Well, that and the fact that he built an armed robot out of his sister's Easy-Bake Oven when he was a kid.
