ABC's 'Lost' found a considerably large audience last night for its much-awaited season 6 premiere.According to the Live Feed, the two-hour episode attracted 12.1 million viewers and a 5.6 rating among adults 18-49, up 12 percent from last year.
The news should come as a sigh of relief for the network, which saw record-low numbers for 'Lost' last January. For its season 5 premiere, the show drew just 11.4 million viewers and was down 26 percent from 2008.

Even better news for Losties: The 8PM clip show was seen by 9.9 million viewers (4.1 rating), according to the report. But while that was enough to beat NBC's 'The Biggest Loser' (9.5 million, 3.7) in its timeslot, Fox's 'American Idol' still won the night, with 24.4 million viewers and an 8.9 rating.
