Bailey Gives the Chief a Pep Talk on 'Grey's Anatomy' (VIDEO)

If we're ever in a jam, we want Miranda Baily on our side, giving us pep talks and answering those 3AM phone calls.

On 'Grey's Anatomy' (Thurs., 9PM ET on ABC), the Chief knows he's an alcoholic, but feels like drinking "is all I have left." No, Chief. You listen to Bailey. She's got it right.

"You are better than this," she says. "I've seen you be better. Look, the way to win, the way to beat them is to stop fighting them. You go get better. You be the man that I've always known you to be. You be the Chief."
