The Who Rock the Super Bowl Half-Time (VIDEO)

Is it just us, or do only ancient bands play the half-time shows at the Super Bowl (Sun., 3PM ET on CBS)? Over the past few years, we've seen Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones and Paul McCartney. Prince played one year; he's been around a while and probably qualifies as semi-ancient. Yesterday's game featured The Who. Not knocking these musicians at all. There's no denying they're rock legends. But at the same time, there are so many younger bands that are in their prime and could probably put on a better show.
Still, The Who's light show was darn awesome. What do you think? Ok with the ancient bands at half-time?
