Talk about ruining the moment. Slade was all set to pop the question to Gretchen on 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' (Thu., 10PM ET on Bravo), until she started crazy-talking about how everybody should be for lease.

"If I had somebody for lease and I knew that, hey, they're either gonna keep me or turn me in for a newer or better version, I'm gonna try and stay tuned up! I'm gonna try and be as good as I can."
