Regis Attempts a Scottish Accent on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (VIDEO)

Regis Philbin attempts to win over Ewan McGregor by reciting the name of an actor while using a Scottish accent on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated), but ultimately he fails to impress.

"Liam Neeson," Philbin said, with a barely perceptible trace of Scottish brogue.

"That's amazing," McGregor replied, furrowing his brow in confusion.

Kelly Ripa and McGregor challenge Philbin to say another word with a Scottish accent, but Philbin simply repeats Neeson's name again, then confuses several other actors for being Scottish, when they're actually Welsh.
